I'm a product designer who ships the code.
Five years across fintech, supply chain and global HR tech. I design from the problem through to production and increasingly through to deployment, because I write the front-end myself. My last marketing surface went from Figma to live HTML and CSS through an agentic Claude pipeline, and the design didn't lose anything in handoff, because there wasn't one.
Most of my work is making dense things feel obvious. Payroll across differing regional regulations. Procurement across six user types. Entitlement logic across three plan tiers. I'm currently the sole designer on TransPerfect's global HCM platform, which went live this year running the company's first US payroll on software it built itself, replacing Workday after a full data migration.
Before that: a fintech platform serving 100,000+ users, AI reporting dashboards used across a 1.2 million client base, and a 600+ component design system shared across ten products that cut development effort by 35%.
I use AI across the whole process research, exploration, prototyping, code. Not as a novelty, as the way the work gets done. The judgment of when to trust it and when not to is the part I think most about.
