Project Overview

GlobalLink HCM is TransPerfect's own enterprise HR platform built from scratch. Change Job sits at the critical junction between onboarding and termination, it's the workflow that handles manager reassignments, org transfers, promotions, and compensation changes. Every job change triggers role-based approvals and downstream tasks automatically, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and continuity across the employee record.

TransPerfect's HR team has years of deep experience using Workday. The design challenge wasn't fixing a broken product — it was building an entirely new one that earns trust from day one by speaking the language users already know, while delivering capabilities the incumbent never offered.
