Overview
Censa's van sales reps sold and delivered on the same trip — invoices, receipts, and payment collection handled manually at the customer's doorstep. The app they used to place orders had started life at Waycool; by the time it reached us, it needed more than a refresh.
V2 was two jobs in one: a complete visual reskin to give the product a fresh, consistent look, and new capabilities — digitized invoicing, receipts, and payment collection — that closed the manual loop the old version never covered.
I worked under a Lead Designer, with my screens going through their review — the interaction patterns we settled on came out of that back-and-forth.

Problem Statement
Salespersons depend on manual processes for creating invoices, receipts, and other documents.
Manual processes are time-consuming and prone to errors.
Van sales representatives face challenges in collecting payments from customers.
Payment delays and potential revenue loss are prevalent issues in the current system.

A new component set, built for one context: a salesman standing in a shop, phone in one hand, doing math with the other. Big targets, high contrast, no decoration.
