Redesigning Censa Procurement Planner
Refining the visual UI using the Censa design system.

Censanext emerged independently in October 2022 after initially operating within WayCool, offering tech solutions for its supply chain. Seeing potential beyond WayCool, we established Censanext Pvt Ltd to serve more companies.
Recognizing the need to update our product, we embarked on enhancing it for consistency and competitiveness. This move not only standardized our offerings but also solidified our brand's distinctiveness in the market.
The Procurement Planner Tool, essential for forecasting demand, vendor procurement, shortfall management, distribution planning, and inventory optimization, serves multiple user personas across the procurement-to-payment process. However, plagued by an outdated UI, UX flaws, and usability issues, a redesign using the existing design system aimed to refresh the UI, address UX issues, and ensure consistency across screens.
The design system team started with a visual theme exploration to develop our design system. Using primitive design components as a foundation, we began the redesign process. As we identified issues and missing components, we iteratively evolved our design system to meet the project's requirements.
To gain a high-level understanding of the product flow, I developed a user flow. This enabled me to visualize and cover all screens and their corresponding flow within the product.
In just one week, I redesigned over 220 screens using design components. Let's explore the key screens to see the noticeable difference in the redesign.
